El Ministro de Salud Pública, Rafael Sánchez Cárdebnas, resaltó este viernes que el mes más trágico en cuanto a las muertes por COVID-19, fue abril, con 9.5 decesos por día.
Mientras que en marzo se registraron 6.6 fallecimientos diarios.
“El más trágico de las muertes por COVID-19 fue el mes de abril, que registró un total de 9.5 por día y este mes fue de 6.2, bajando significativamente el número por día el número de fallecidos”, detalló el doctor Sánchez Cárdenas.
Manifestó que el presente mes registra un total de 4.8 muertes por día, en los 24 días que lleva la entidad computarizado.
En el boletín 99 ofrecido hoy, se reportó 712 fallecidos, a la fecha, con 14 nuevas.
